Hey Fellas, I havent been on here in quite some time but I thought I'd let you know what I'm dealing with and wanted to see if anyone had some insight.

I palced an order for a custom 2 ply phenom from Brent Mikesell at irongladiators via their internet store back in early April. After receiveing 0 communication or response via email for over 3 weeks I devided to call Brent and see what the deal was. I tried calling every day for over a week and got no response. So I figured he never got the order and called Inzer directly to place the order. Inzer was very helpful in expediting the order and understanding of the situation that I needed the shirt for a upcoming meet (which I later pulled out of due to wrist surgery.) The shirt was made and sent to me by inzer in less than 2 weeks.

This puts us into late May and out of nowhere I received the order originally palced with Brent, not only was it late it was also wrong. Some other items I ordered were incorrectly colored and sized. I contacted Brent and he informed me that it was due to a problem with John Inzer and his shop. Well I knew this couldnt be the case because they made my shirt and had it to me in 2 weeks and were open for communication the whole time. Anyhow, I sent the order back to Brent, he had no problem accepting it, but refuses to give me a refund or credit. When I have called him he has an attitude tells me its not his problem and hangs up.

He refused to be any form of being somewhat helpful in resolving why I had 2 orders, so I took it to the Spokane BBB. They attempted to seek mediation in the matter but Brent was further uncooperative. Now I am left with 1 option, civil court. which is a big PITA but I'm left with no options or cash.

I am cusrtious what you guys would do in the situation as well as why someone who seems like such a good guy in the pl-ing community can be such a horrible businessman and person. IF he were in my shoes he wouldnt be too happy either.

I order from very few places because a bunch of places are bitches thats for sure.

For Titan stuff I order from Ken which I must say is amazing. I had a brand new shirt that I didnt even order threw him that didnt fit and he let me upgrade size and shirt and made alterations and shipped it out super fast for cheap as hell.

I live in canada so I order threw the Titan dealer here as well because I get free shipping as long as its something easy he gets it and if it doesnt fit no questions asked return fast.

I am pissed as shit with ELITE FITNESS SYSTEMS RIGHT NOW AND WILL NO LONGER BE ORDERING FROM THEM FROM NOW ON UNLESS I HAVE TO. I ordered rack saver and suspension straps because I am going to multi ply lifting and getting a mono attachment plus I have a 14in cam bar which you cant use pins with. Anyways I have a 7ft high rack well the rack savers hang down to 55 inches and the suspension straps hang at the highest 1-2 feet off the ground making them absolutely useless. I ordered from Canada so I payed alot of this both products which is 150$US plus 60ish US shipping plus 100$ CAN for customs charges.

They did not mention anywhere on their website that these products are for a min 8ft rack and even that seems to small now. I GOT SKREWED wasting loads of money on things I cant even use at all. I asked them why the description of the product doesnt mention that its for a super high rack and they said their description is perfect so basically FUCK ME ITS MY FAULT I DIDNT GUESS THIS BY THEIR PICTURE AND THEIR DESCRIPTION WHICH SUGGESTS YOU BUY BOTH. I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THESE ASSHOLES ANYMORE. I understand economy this and that but what about standing behing your products and not skrewing the little guy.

Well im down 200+$ that I cant get back and then they say well you can send it back to us (which will cost me another 30$) and well give you a refund. YA THATS A GREAT FUCKIN DEAL EISTEIN.

THEY CAN KEEP THEIR MONEY SINCE THEY SEEM TO NEED IT SOOOO MUCH. I SOLD MY RACK SAVERS TO ANOTHER GUY SO ATLEAST SOMEBODY SAVES SOME MONEY.

As of last night the package arrived with the product i originally shipped out. Now I just need to find a buyer for a 2 ply phenom size 52 grid stitched with 1" off the sleeves bc I have 2 of them/..... great.....

This was after I called Brent Yesterday got hung up on and hit speed dial for a hour trying to get a hold of him....

Dont waste your time or money with them youll just be disappointed, aggravated, and possibly screwed or inconvenienced...

I've also had trouble getting stuff from Iron Gladiators. Plenty communication to get the money, once he gets it then it's zero communication. Around the time he was "ill". I got through to his wife who told me he'd taken time off to paint the house. Speaking of which, house of pain is very good, liftinglarge is excellent.
I know plenty people from the UK that have gotten screwed over by irongladiators.
