who cares about incline or seated mil? Its not like there are international competitions which measure them, so how could one be 'world class' anyway?

Disregarding weight class??? Id be proper impressed if a 123 lb guy raw benched 440. If the same weight was being pushed by a SHW i wouldnt give it a second glance.

To be considered strong:
Bench = 1.5*bodyweight
Seated press = .6-75*bodyweight
most lifters turn incline presses into a flat press but I would say bodyweight at 45 degrees

World Class is too hard to say

im with these guys. those are "world class" numbers.

i think you really start to be good at 500/405/315 but "world class" has to be 600/500/400
