About 5 years ago, I hit a 625 squat, 375 BP, ann 585 DL @ 198. I've been out for a year or two and started again about 3 months ago. Today I hit a 585 Sq, so I'm felling pretty good. I hope to hit 650 to 700 in about 5 - 6 months, but I'm weighing 210 right now.
