I am looking to hit 1600+ at this meet with a big 605+ pull. I am feeling great and am very positive right now. I'd like to thank Quest Nutrition and Titan Support Systems for the great help they are giving me along the way. Keep an eye out on the training and the meet because some IPF World Subjunior Records are going down.

I've had multiple requests to bring back the article section. SO i will. I need some help though. I need someone willing to help compile a large list of article links/titles that I can organize. If you're interested in helping, please email fortiron@gmail.com and let me know.

After much trouble with servers, and other set backs, we are finally back up and running. And now we're on a much bigger and much more robust server as well. So new features will be added, new functionality will be brought about, and we'll have much more user involvement as well.
